Ziwon Yoon joined the lab in 2023. He is currently investigating the autonomy and agility of legged robots. More specifically, he is interested in solving bipedal locomotion on challenging terrain such as sand and gravel by fusing model-based and learning-based approaches for control and perception algorithms. He is also interested in loco-manipulation problems for humanoid robots. Outside of the lab, Ziwon enjoys going to concerts and playing tennis and Starcraft.
